QUALITY PROCESS

Our products undergo a meticulous 4-step quality check to ensure flawless performance and customer satisfaction. Quality controls are suppose to pick out a defective product, part, component or material, keep them in defective piles and send them back to rework.

Incoming quality control is the first part of the Quality Control process. IQC develops product criteria and specifications so that each defect can be classified as major, minor, or critical. Once defects are gauged, inputs can then be accepted or rejected. This approach equips manufacturers to clarify acceptable quality levels and expectations for suppliers.

Incoming Process Quality Check is the second part of the three-step QC process. We conduct PQC for both ASM as well as SMT lines ensuring systematic and smooth execution. Sample sizes are selected for each component identified for inspection and then acceptable quality levels (AQLs) are set to regulate an accept or reject result.

This is followed by Outward Quality Check, to ensure that our finished goods meet the customers’ expectations. Every customer feedback is recorded and required action is taken so that non conformities can be prevented.

Thus the quality check process ends with Customer Satisfaction which includes complaint analysis process of segregation, rework/ replace, implemented CAPA/8D report and update the SOP, WI, PFMEA and DFMEA.
